The Rome Foundation pays tribute to another icon of American art of the twentieth century, Georgia O'Keeffe.
For the first time in Italy, the great historical retrospective - created thanks to the fundamental partnership with the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe, New Mexico - explores the complex world of the artist who, through the vision o...f the world's architectural and natural forms , changed the history of modern art.
Displaying his masterpieces, including "New York Street with Moon", the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum in Madrid, and "Calla White with red background", the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, and is recreated the historical context in which art has the artist worked.
A biographical section, with photographs by Alfred Stieglitz, O'Keeffe, documents the life of the passionate, they are also exposed to tools and personal items, provided an exception for this show.
